While the work that the Open University and Southampton Solent University have done with the RefWorks API is substantial, I’m convinced there are other, smaller, ‘wins’ to get out of the API. I’d be very happy to share my experience and brainstorm ideas around this either on the mailing list or at a future non-usergroup meeting :)
